Problem get jobs per WEB API
Incident Properties
Question
Hi,
I'm having problems when i do the request to
"http://ip_printer/rws/log/printerlog/devicelog/joblog?date=201807170000"
This request is realized per my custom authentication.
In printer models MP 306z, MP 407, MP 501 is returned the jobs of the day(Ex: 30 jobs), but in printers models how C3004ex,C4504ex the internal request is 0 jobs, but performing this request in the browser the return of jobs is right. (Ex: 30 jobs)
Do you have any idea about how i could solve this problem?
Should I do another type request to these models?
Best Regards,
Matheus Silva.

Unexpected SmartSDK version
Incident Properties
Question
The '/rws/property/smartSdkInfo' endpoint of the WebAPI returns version 2.31 for our MP 402 running the latest firmware. If I pull the API version using 'jp.co.ricoh.isdk.sdkservice.common.GET_API_VERSION' on Android, it returns 2.40.01. I have the same problem on our C4504, C4504ex, 501, and 5505.
WebAPI response
402 = 2.31
C4504 = 2.41
C4504ex = 2.40
501 = 2.32
5505 = 2.31
Are these two numbers supposed to be the same?
