Users are unable to login via smart card (RFideas card). Verified with sample application (custom authentication) and Abacus application, both exhibit same behavior. There's no beep sound or signs of led on the card reader when a user swipes the card. Please find attached the log for your reference.

Regarding accessing the apps from the app store.

Users are unable to access the app store when custom authentication app is installed. This is happening for both Abacus and Sample application as well. After uninstalling the custom authentication apps, user is able to access the app store with the default login as admin. Please find attached the screenshot for your reference.

Please find attached version 1.1.2 of our rf IDEAS Reader Plugin (zipped dalp & APK), as well as the release notes for this build. This version includes a bug fix around how the ID is read from a credential presented to an rf IDEAS reader. Rather than using the Reader's SDK to retrieve the credential, we treat the reader as a keyboard and emit keystroke data (which is the preferred approach for our product). This addresses an issue reported by customers that their Keystroke configuration settings were not being recognized by the reader. We've tested the plugin updates internally on G2, G2.5, & G3 devices across several reader models and several credentials.

This release also includes remediations to vulnerabilities that were discovered using a new vulnerability scanning product.

Hi RiDP,

A customer has reported they have three 4500 devices in Poland that change its language from English to Polish randomly without user interaction.

After checking device log, locale change event came from the device itself.

In our lab we got a device with same behavior after upgrading its firmware to the latest version.

I attached device logs, demo. Could you please help review and advise what the reason could be?

Please find attached version 3.2.8 of the PaperCut MF application for a maintenance signature.

The changes are described as follows:

• Display correct error message when associating card with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled.
• Fixed an issue where multiple scans during the same scan session could be delivered as a single document.

(Please note that we need a SHA-1 signature only, as our app runs on some older devices that do not support SHA-256.)

Hi Team,

We've recently encountered an issue impacting certain Ricoh devices where SSL certificates are not being validated correctly for each HttpsURLConnection. In our application, we set a custom TrustManager for each of our HttpsURLConnections, this TrustManager is meant to validate the server certificate fingerprint for each request however we are finding that after a single success this validation does not reoccur. This is problematic as if the server certificate is to change or the devices trusted fingerprint changes, the device will continue to trust the server which is a security concern. This issue does not manifest on every device model as we have only been able to replicate it on our IM C3000 as the IM C2000, IM C2010, SP C840DN and MP C2004 do not have the same issue. The IM C3000 scanner/copy firmware is 8.00, the engine firmware is 1.94:04 and the JavaTM Platform is 12.70.1.

Is there any reason why this might be happening?

We have an issue while using the PF360 software to print on one of our Ricoh printer - model IM C4500.

On Printer #1 (Model IM C4500)
  Submit any word document using PF360 agent software on windows - document is stored in cloud.
  On the printer -> User logs into the PF360 software.
  On the printer -> Prints the document by submitting the cloud URL of the document.
  On the printer -> Prints fine, without error.

On Printer #2 (Model IM C4500)
  Submit same word document using same PF360 agent software on windows - document is stored in cloud.
  On the printer -> User logs into the PF360 software.
  On the printer -> Prints the document by submitting the cloud URL of the document.
  On the printer -> Print does not come out, instead could see error - "document_format_error" on the device.

Could you please suggest how to solve the issue on Printer #2.

I have a customer who is asking about the printer Model Ricoh C307 and if it supports the Embedded application.  From looking at the documentation on it I see that it lists a Ricoh C307ZF as a supported model but I do not see the C307 I am wondering if these are in fact the same models since my google searches are not bringing up any zf models.  I am not clear what the difference would be.  

I have attached the section from the SDK documentation indicating the supported model.  Please clarify for me.
