We are receiving the following error message when attempting to upload our plugin for a 60 Day Beta  Signature for our rfIdeasReaderPlugin, "Error Message : Location ID and Region Not Match". We receive the same error message when attempting to generate a Demo signature:

Tungsten Printix Go 2025.1.0.7 and Capture 2025.1.0.6 

The application was previously certified by RIDP and release notes of the changes since last certification are attached.

Product ID's: 1667825665/1667825666

The application supports G2, G2.5 and G3 devices.

Outside server connection: https://api.devenv.printix.net (firewall should be configured to allow *.printix.net)

Note:

1) Please let us know whom to add as System Managers to the above tenant

2) We are not able to update the test tenant(details of test tenant in the instructions attached) with a beta signed version of the apps because we are not able to generate beta signed build (see the incident https://ricoh-ridp.com/ridp/support-system/incident/ricoh-sdc-canada/1733256447/517252176/5390). We will update the tenant after it is resolved. Testing can start only after that

3) Instructions, release notes, and the previous certification report are attached.

I am trying to generate a beta signed version of our apps (Printix Go and Printix Capture) for certification testing. But running into the following error 

See below the snapshot of the start page. I am starting in the USA site, NOT emea, as the error page shows.

Could you fix the issue (and provide the beta signed version of our apps (attached) if it's going to take long to fix)

Is RXOP/RxSP library supported for Non Java SOP G3 devices?

Can we push SP settings remotely to multiple devices and install custom auth and regular apps ?

A few years ago, we developed this application because the Authentication application that came with the Ricoh printers was not AAA compliant and we need one to be.  Since then, has the Ricoh badge authentication application been updated to support the AAA compliancy?

Default login is not working/crashing occasionally when custom authentication is enabled. It does nothing when user presses the Login button on top right corner. Please find attached the device firmware details.
