Hi,

I want to restart our Ricoh device(Model: MP C2004) using RxopClient.

Step 1:- Download RxopClient from below link.

Step 2:- Run RxopClient using below command

java -jar rxopClient.jar reboot 10.10.87.210

But I am getting error:

From the SDKJ guide, we have configured TLS version on Ricoh devices for our KofaxRicohJava Client

• Extended Feature Settings>Administrator Tools -> Select Available Functions (on WIM or Extended Feature Settings on the device screen)

On some devices, the TLS settings are available, the SDKJ application works with TLSv1.0 or TLSv1.2 as expected,

but there is no TLS settings on the device MP C4503, the SDKJ application uses TLSv1.0 always.

Question:

- Is there a way to enable TLS setting on C4503 (or similar device model)?

- How to examine Device/Model supports which TLS version? (TLSv1.0; TLSv1.1; TLSv1.2; TLSv1.3)

We have an ongoing issue at our customer site.

Issue: Randomly Our ESA app is crashing and the icon missing on all(30+) Android devices(IM C4500s) at this customer mainly during sleep/awake cycle. This same app version is working fine on older Java-SDK/J devices.

As suggested by Alex we are finally able to get the machine logs from one of the affected devices.

One observation, some of the logs show "[stderr] java.lang.outofmemory: PermGen space".

We have both Eastman Chemical and Fiserv (among other customers not mentioned here) who still have Ricoh Java devices. A problem we have though is our Ricoh java CPA from our SaaS solution can be installed on a Ricoh java device even if it doesn't support TLS 1.2, it just won't be able to communicate back with their PrinterLogic instance due to TLS 1.0 being disabled. Can we be supplied with a list of all Ricoh Java devices that the java does support TLS 1.2 without needing special firmware so we can post this list in our documenation with our Ricoh CPA so customers will know which printers are supported?
