Some additional questions regarding TLS 1.2 support for SDK/J

Hello,
Following up on the last post here explaining what is required to support TLS 1.2 with 11.x Ricoh SDK/J devices: https://ricoh-ridp.com/ridp/support-system/incident/ricoh-americas-corp-technology-center/1624313828/1889237554/4099.
I've been asked to analyze the effort and cost required for adding TLS 1.2 support to our SDK/J application for older devices. With that in mind here are a couple of additional questions for which I would need some answers:
1. Is it possible to test the modifications required for supporting TLS 1.2 using the emulator?
2. Once the modifications have been made and tested on a specific device, can we assume that the modification will work on all devices with Higher TLS firmware?
3. We currently have no 11.x devices, is it acceptable/possible to run some tests on a client's device (I guess this will require a demo license)?
4. Will we have to through full compatibility testing for this modification, or will it be possible to simply obtain a maintenance signature (keeping in mind that the this application has not been updated in several years)?

Does the Ricoh MP Java SDK support TLS 1.2? When we developed our embedded application for the Java devices, the SDK only supported TLS 1.0. We are now having customers come to us who have Ricoh Java devices that support TLS 1.2, but our app only supports 1.0?

Hi,
We are having a consistent issue at one of our client place where they have 30+ IM4500 devices.
When the device wakes up in the morning after being in sleep overnight the following things happen:
1. our ESA authentication app (device lock) disappears.
2. Icon disappears from home screen.
3. Even in Extended Features only Java shows and no app shows(havent verified other apps)
4. Extended features on Device web page shows 503 server error.
Only a reboot of the device fixes it (which taking around 10-20min)
Is there a known issue on application icon missing on Home page ? Where do we start ?
For the last one week i was running rlogtool to collect logs for few of the devices. Not sure where to look.
Please advice.

Hi,
Our customer has few Ricoh devices with Java 10.28/10.29 which are unable to send scan job to server after scanning.
At first, we think it's Java 10.x 's problem. Then we manage to find a working device with Java 10.09 and 10.12.
We need your help to detect if it's issue of lattest Java 10.x or specific model.
Working:
C4502 - java 10.09.
C3003 - java 10.12.
Not working:
5002 - java 10.28/10.29.
