Hello,

Accuroute button does not show up after installing on this Ricoh MP 7503 Device.
It shows installed on our side and you can see the Accuroute software on the device but the customer cannot find any Accuroute button on the device.  We don't have the device model in our lab to do the testing.

Do you know why it could happen on this device model when it works on all othe device models?

Customer captured the device logs but it is too huge to attach. Please let me know how i can transfer the file

Hello,

This is a request for a maintenance signature to support the Expedia deployment.  

As part of the testing we identified problems with the presentation of print jobs and we are showing deleted jobs in the job list.  Also, HotSpot Embedded was not showing new jobs at the top of the job list.

This request only includes these changes as noted in the release notes.

I have a requirement to listen for http requests on the mfp within our xlet.

I wondered if you had any details on acheiving this as currently the httpservlet is instatiated with test stubs for all of the following:

doGet()

doPost()

doPut()

I have sent all of the above requests but none of them hit the servlet.  I do receive a 200 (OK)  response back from doGet() and doPost requests and a 501 (Not Implemented) from doPut().  I am guessing these reponses are being returned from the native webserver on the mfp.

I need this functionality to provide the QR Code authentication on the mfp.

Any help or light you can shed on this is greatly appreciated.

The issue we are seeing is whenever a remote restart is called the reboot does not actually happen.  I attempted to restart using ROC 1.3.3 and the screen went blank and the RSH  tool gave the normal shutdown command but the printer never fully shut down thus it never restarted.  I have attached the SMC report.  I attempted to upload the printer logs but it was too big 158 megs so it couldn't be uploaded.  Here is a link to it https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwlGQ_brkb4KSGlZSnI5UTlhRDg/view  If you have any problem downloading it please let me know.

There is a difference how SoftKeyboard screen is displayed on the MP C5502 10x and MP C5503 11x.
In the print settings screen, page range the information gets truncated on the MP C5502
The documentation shows for both ‘WVGA 800 x 480 (colour)’, so I have no clue what is the problem and what I can do from the application prospect.

We have encounterd an MP2554 in the field that will not attach to the USB card reader.  The local Ricoh tech along with the onsite Pharos reseller have done everything we know to get it going.  At this juncture it appears to be hardware related but we can't tell for certain.  Are there any guides available for troubleshooting the USB devices on an SOP box?  Any known issues or gotcha's?  We have not had this sort of problem on other machines.
