Please help look at the issue:

we have some models that have the issue with PauseXlet event. this event was called intermittent although still operating on the MFP.

Here are the information of the MFP:

ModelCode = 660002, Model = Ricoh C3302 and we installed the Equitrac for SSO.

and the log of the device:

This is the continuation of Incident ID#: 1235.

Per RIcoh last request, following is the update from our tech support:

Tech Support Update :

Customer had Ricoh onsite today and they updated the firmware on the MP 5054 that they have been testing this issue with.
They tested after but were still able to reproduce the "no trusted certificate found" problem though.
When they reboot using the Accuroute Administrator that error is still present.
When they did a physical reboot or a reboot using the WIM it worked fine.
Attached a snapshot of the firmware versions they have now. If you need to look at anything else let me know and I will get it.

4.  List any modifications on the *.dalp file other than the version tag?  (Note: the version tag of the dalp file is required to be updated to reflect a new minor build)

I know this is an additional request after too many but this should make it so we can install on the 305+ while waiting for the update on the actual devices.

If I need to submit for a full signature please let me know.

Hello,

I have a couple of small changes in the next release of our SDK/J solution that should only require a maintenance signature.

1. We are still supporting devices with SDK/J versions 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12.

2. SVGA COLOR, WVGA COLOR and HVGA COLOR.

3. 34099970.jar and 34099971.jar were the only modified jar files.

4. No modifications to the .dalp files other than updating the version.

Changes:

1. Allow print/delete of multiple jobs in one request reducing the network traffic.

2. Added a print/delete confirmation timeout value.

Hello,

We are getting out of memory error when it tries to load all the buttons after we select AccuRoute button. They have kept the heap  and stack size to the maximum.  Wondering what other reason could the device throw this error? Attached Rsh.txt..
