I have gotten localization working properly by creating different region files.  I now have a en_US.properties file.  Is it possible to have a default english file, a fall back if we don't have the specific region file.  For example we have customers in the United Kingdom.  Since they are in a different Locale en-GB and since we don't have that localization file is there a way to say have a default en.properties file so at least they will get american english instead of the keys used to lookup the value?

I was away from office this week on a conference and back at the office. Was reading through the incident and it looks like there was a conference call with Ricoh, Upland and USbank and resolved it by adding the icon manually.

Wondering if adding manually is the resolution if the icon does not show up after the installation. Can  you please confirm that so that we can add that to our document?

Package is for 7x, 10x, 11x and 12x;  

Display Panels are uWVGA and WVGA;

The changed jar file was nddPrintClientRicoh.jar;

No changes in Dalp file beside version.

Could you please let me know how to configure Model MP C5501 (7x) for external login authentication. We are developing a range of xlets/servlets to work on the 4-7x platforms and whilst they all install and appear correctly we receive an erro within the login xlet 125 logs stating "External loggin context is null".

I assume we need to turn the extranl login context on for this device and need instructions on how to do this.

IN the 12x platform (MP C306z) I had to go ito SP mode and enable the Extrnal enhanced Managment Unit (or similar) and I need to to know how to do this on the MP C5501.

Please find attached version 6.0.2 of the PaperCut SDK/J application. It fixes the following issue:

- Scanning PDF or JPEG from the glass rotates image incorrectly

The application supports SDK 4/5/7/10/11/12 on uWVGA, WVGA and SVGA.

The attached package uses a development product ID.

May we please have a production-signed version of this build with product ID 403046912?

We have met an issue with the pauseXlet event on some model for example: ModelCode=660002, Model=Ricoh C3302.

we saw the pauseXlet is called after startXlet(). But it is also called when timeout occurs.

So can you help to find the way to know how to detect where the pauseXlet is called when timeout occurs or is called in the other actiions (not timeout, ie., startXlet, ...). If it is called in the timeout event we will clean up the specific user information. If it is called after statXlet we will not do that.

Note: We have also another ticket about the pauseXlet event and it is closed with reason related to the Nuance Equitrac. But this new ticket is not related to Nuance. It is pure pauseXlet.

I need to be able to set the email and home directory for the logged in user.  Currently I am using External Authentication which I understand does not support this.  I need some direction on which would be the best way to go.
