We are trying to do a copy transaction for A3 size paper on the follwoing devices:

 - Aficio MP C4502

 - Aficio MP C2550

The copy transaction works fine when done using the glass feeder. But, the paper gets stuck when tried using the top feeder. 

When spoke to Kevin (Ricoh Technician) about the issue, we were informed that the devices support a3 copying only through the glass feeder and not using the top feeder. Please let us know if we should configure something to make it work.

We are trying to do a Native Fax transaction and would like to get the Fax phone number from the MFD. Could you please let us know how do we get track of the number.

Application installation - MP C2550

We are trying to installing our application on Ricoh Aficio MP C2550 using both Webpage installation and also using our remote installer (ERNI). But, we don't see that the application is getting installed. 

In the extended feature info for the device, there is no "rxspServlet" installed.

Could you let us know if this is causing the problem or there is something else we need to configure.

Guys,

 

You have provided us with the ROI production files and there seems to something wrong with them,

 

ROIPrintManager_ROILogin-production2017-6-15_10X-12X_1.0.5_WVGA zip file. - I cannot delete the card.properties file from the zip file to replace it with an updated file. This is happening with all files.

 

ROIPrintManager_ROILogin-production2017-6-15_10X-12X_1.0.4_uWVGA - there is no production file for 4-7x uWVGA.

 

Please advise!

Through our testing we discovered that the UserInput class cannot handle strings greater than 16 characters when the password flag is set to true.
