Hello,

Last i heard from Gerardo is that there will be a new RXOP version release which would have the capability to identify android devices.  Wondering when is it planned to be released ?

What is the correct ServiceProgram object (from the rxsp library) to use to set the sleep mode timer on a Ricoh SOP G2 device? I can see there are 2 variables named PANEL_OFF_TIMER and PANEL_OFF_SETTING. Are either of these the correct ServiceProgram object to use? What is the difference between _TIMER and _SETTING?

We currently have PANEL_OFF_TIMER read/write permission granted in our ACL file, however when I try setting or getting the PANEL_OFF_TIMER value via the Remote Operation Client I receive the below errors:

• Get SP - Exception:  Error:-2 RequestID:127 SPcode:5101-3 data:null
• Set SP - Exception:  Error:-2 RequestID:128 SPcode:5101-3 data:

I couldn't see an SP mode 5101-3 when looking at the SP UI on the device itself.

Hi,

PCC5 requires the following setting to be enabled in order to ensure that usb devices such as card readers are not turned off when the device goes to sleep.

Service > Screen Features > Screen Device Settings > Screen device always connection

How could this setting be enabled using RXOP ?

I am not able to download any RXOP resources. I click the butoons, but nothing happens. I tried both IE and Chrome.I am loooking for a remote install software resource for SOP native embedded application.

I am doing some testing with our deployment enhancements.  I would like to get the attached zip "test production signed" if I could so I can test our whole deployment solution.

Also, is there any word on when I will be able to deploy our developer signed applications using the RXOP?
