Device - MFP or LP

Hi,

We are developing an SOP app with features related to ICCard. The device we are using is MP402 and we want to buy a card reader for it. I refered to its specfication(https://www.ricoh.ca/-/media/Ricoh/Sites/CA/PDFs/Brochures/mp402spf_EN_CA.pdf) and found its card reader is "NFC Card reader Type M27". But I don't know where can I get this model.

We have a customer doing a trial that has our Android solution for authentication.  They require a card reader to do the authentication, so the reader has to be plugged into the USB port on the panel.

Also, they are doing scan to USB, which is obviously causing an issue because there is only one USB port on the SOP.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to deal with this issue?

We have a customer doing a POC and wondering if we support the Ricoh MP C4505 SP device.  I don't see this device in any of our supported devices matrix documents, so I was wondering if you guys had any specs on it.

We are working with Liberty Mutual in Hong Kong. They are seeing an error when installing Pharos 1.5.7 on a MP C6503. Don't know if it's an SP model or not.

Any known reasons for a failure like this? Never seem an out of memory problem on Ricoh MFPs.

I have a customer asking if we support the SP6440 device.  I don't see it in our support brand matrix or in the list in the SDK/J.

I am assuming it is a uWVGA device and thus we don't support it.  Just looking for any information on this device.

We have an MP 4002 MFP here and are trying to get it to do scan to a network folder.  When we try to do it to a Server 2012 or Windows 8 machine, the transmission fails.

The only thing we can think of is the Server 2012/Windows 8 machines are using SMB 3.0 or later.  Does this Ricoh device support SMB 3?  Could this be causing the transmission issue?

Hi,

We're having an issue with the device MP C306z and decided to perform a factory reset, but we are unable to do so. 

We log in as administrator, go to System Settings > Administrator Tools and then "Erase all memory", but doesn't matter which option we choose, the "Erase" remains disabled.

Could you please help us? We don't know what we are missing.
