Can't open MFP URL's via Hostname, only works with IP Address.

Hi,
We have a job collecting embedded Android Application and we are having an issue in opening some URL's of the MFP via Hostname.
Using the IP Address of the MFP we can connect, but using the Hostname we can not, one of the URL's that we are trying to open is: http://NDDRICOH501/rws/log/printerlog/devicelog/joblog?date=201908260000, we got the following error:
"java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "NDDRICOH501": No address associated with hostname".
we tried on several printer models and we got the same error on all of them, and also in the native browser of the MFP we cant open its own printer web page using the Hostname, only the IP Address.
We did check the DNS settings and they are all right, (with the same network settings in a MFP of another brand (Kyocera), its working.)
I am attaching a picture of the current IPv4 set up of the printer.
If you could help us with pointing what setting is wrong or what can we do to solve this, it would be very helpful.

Functional problem with IM C2000

The built in Scanner application crashes after 5-6 scanning of 10 pages. It runs into a functiaonal problem and needed to restart the device.
When I install our application too (eCopy/ShareScan) then the problem occurs every 2nd scanning.
Video of the crash is attached. In this case there hasn't been installed our application and the crash occurs when I tried to scan 6th times.

A few week ago I updated the FW on our MP C3003 to have the "higher TLS support" FW for that model. After the update I didn't go back to the main panel of the UI, I just used WiM to verify the additional settings in Adminsitrator Tools from the Configuration page then went about using wire shark to validate the TLS communications. I had to put that on hold for a bit and got back to it today.
Today I figured I'd check out communications other than deployment time and to do this I needed to login, etc. The main panel of the MFP shows an SC673-10 error.
When I looked this up on Google the reports showed that it means the panel is in a bad state. One of the articles suggested that this can happen if System Copy for a non-SOP is installed on an SOP device. It mentioned that for SOP devices the system copy version should be 3.24 and for non-SOP it should be 1.something.
The system copy version on our MP C3003 is 1.24, as is included with the "higher TLS support" FW. So, the question is, is the higher TLS support FW I put on the MP C3003 compatible with the SOP panel?

How to upgrade firmware on Ricoh SOP devices

We are using 2 SOP G2 Ricoh MFPs, and now we would like to upgrade to newest firmware.
Currently, the firmware versions:
MP C306Z: System version 1.13
MP C2004: System version 1.16
Ricoh Local has send to us a firmware set [Version] 1.29
Can I apply the firmware version 1.29 for both device C306Z and C2004?
If there is a problem durration of installing new firmware, can I rollback to the previous firmware?

Trace Log Request for Customers

Hello,
I am sending this in regards to a conversation with Gerardo, Kenji and Joe about receiving the Trace Log Files from the customer.
I would like to know if it is possible to have the customer retrieve the System Trace Logs from the device to speed up the support time for customer issues?
Currently, the customer must have schedule a Ricoh Technician to issue the web request to the device to retrieve the System Trace Logs. This is sometimes be very time consuming and can be a cause of frustration for everyone.

Validate that our devices have the latest firmware

Hello,
A Ricoh tech has provided us with updated firmware for our 306, 307 and 3004 devices and indicated that this covers all of the available firmware he had access to. Could you please validate that these devices we have now have the latest firmware installed ?
One issue we’ve noticed is that although we’ve installed all of the firmware that we were provided, some of these devices have a different version of the GRIC3a_cvm, but the Ricoh tech did not identify this to be an issue and indicated that we check with Ricoh development how far firmware updates have to go.
Can you please check to ensure the firmware is up to date in the attached SMC reports when it comes to the proper functioning of PCC5.

System SOP apps not showing in Web Image Monitor

We noticed that our 4504, 4504ex, and 7503 show all SOP applications (including system apps such as ICCardDispatcher) under Extended Feature Info of the device website, but our 5055, 402, and 501 only show applications I've installed via RXOP. How do we get the 5055, 402, and 501 to show all of the installed SOP applications in WIM?

Need help!!. My android application creates a temporary location for emulator on the Device monitor. When I created the zip file of the application and installed it on the device, the temp location is created on the device. I would like to where on the device the temporary location is located and how to access the temporary location?.
