Hi we have been prototyping using the webview control in our app, and noticed using the HDD detection tool that there there were these entries in the log 12-19 17:05:40.451  4829  5908 I HwAccessWatchTool: NAND, Time = 11 sec, Path = "/data/data/com.nuance.ricoh/cache/org.chromium.android_webview/1d0edddefb122d25_0", Operation = MODIFY. I have read the documentation and noticed there a hard requirement about not writing to the NAND, is this something we should be concerned about?

Questions

1. Is there a way that can be used to check dynamically if an application is custom authentication enabled? and if it's possible to turn the custom auth on/off dynamically?

2. Is there a way to set the custom auth to a different application dynamically?

We have implemented tracking of copy job based on status of copy job. We are receiving job status as cancled even when the job is copied successfully from the printer. We are receiving below status in sequence when we are trying to execute copy job:

"jobStatus":"pending" -> "jobStatus":"processing" -> "jobStatus":"processing_stopped" -> "jobStatus":"canceled"

We used below breadcast receiver for receiving job status when the job is executed on printer:

jp.co.ricoh.isdk.sdkservice.function.copy.AsyncJobEvent.JOB_EVENT

This issue is reproducble for 2 printers in our lab and below are the printer details:

We're researching to implement OAuth authentication for Ricoh Android device.

Follow the tutorial https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/tutorial-v2-android, I created a sample app.

The sample app can work normally on the mobile device, but doesn't work on Ricoh simulator v2.40 with the error:

We are trying to add IPv6 support to our application, and want to know if in a dual stack environment IPv4 & IPv6 which protocol is preferred when resolving hostnames, depending on which is preferred can this be overridden?

Unable to install our android app on this device.

I see this in the device log:

02-19 17:23:37.956  5595  5595 E ------  : Package com.nuance.ndi.neuf.ricohsmartsdk has no certificates at entry AndroidManifest.xml; ignoring!

Did not have issues install our app, until I made some setting changes and now getting the errors, see attached document. I tried to undo the changes to the settings, but Enhanced External Charge Unit Management is now disabled. 

I was able to install the same app in another MP 501 device.

On our MP C307 we get copy events from the "Classic Copy" application, but not from the native android copy on the homescreen.  Is this a known limitation of this application, or is there a way to get events from the android copy application on the homescreen?  We are using the "Enhanced External Charge Unit" SP configuration for tracking copy and scan through with the DetectionEvent interface. 

For reference, our IM 2000's native copy application (G 2.5 interface) is reporting events just fine.

Tyring to use the android demo signing tool in the developer site and we get a succeffuly signed message back but then whe we donwload it the .zip file is empty.

We are trying to deploy our certified PT_Auth_AAA application to a ricoh MPC2004ex and get an Installation Error.

It has been awhile since I looked at this and I cannot remember where to download the logs to use the logcat tool.

Any guidance is appreciated.
