Hello,
I asked in incident 1720 about getting our flash drives back from our Android certification. I received the flash drive from you guys in California (Gerardo), but I haven't received the one that was sent to PTEC.
Is there a way to contact them and see if they shipped it? If they did, do they have a tracking number or anything?

Support Ticket Emailing Issue

I would just like to let you know that this support system sends me an email when I respond to my own tickets.
It's very confusing because I think you all have replied but it was just my own response. It makes it harder to tell when you actually do reply. It creates work in that we have to delete those emails to prevent confusing ourselves.
It would be great if you could set it to not send emails for updates by the person who opened the ticket.

We need to get our flash drives back from the certification we did a couple of months ago. We haven't received them yet. There should have been addressed and stamped return mailers.
Also, is there a way to ask PTEC for the drive we sent them also?

Does the Vmware image for testing have to be packaged a certain way?

Can we replace the Ricoh copyright within the source code provided by Ricoh with our own company copyright?
