Hi,
We're having an issue with the device MP C306z and decided to perform a factory reset, but we are unable to do so.
We log in as administrator, go to System Settings > Administrator Tools and then "Erase all memory", but doesn't matter which option we choose, the "Erase" remains disabled.
Could you please help us? We don't know what we are missing.
