I leanred that many organizations start disabling SMB v1 because of the recent WannaCry virus attack. Just like GlobalScan and Streamline NX, SmartDocScan support SMB v1 only. I asked the developer to add support to SMB v2 and v3. Their response was as follows. Since SmartDocScan is a serverless application, it is desirable that RCL provides a SmartSDK API to support SMB v2 and v3. Do you have any plan for that? I heard from our tech support that many customers can no longer do a scan to folder after they disabled the SMB v1.
