USB directory path for url in upload options not working in web browser NX
Incident Properties
Question
Hello, we are currently developing a PWA application that will work inside the Web Browser NX.
The application supports copy, print and scan functions.
For scan feature, we are implementing email scan, usb scan, fax scan.
Email scan: Scan, upload scanned file to AWS S3, email the scanned file url to the user.
USB scan: Scan, upload scanned file to the USB storage connected to the server.
Email scan works well and we were able to pass upload url and request body using upload options.
But USB scan doesn't work.
According to the documentation Web Browser NX -> JS API Specification -> 03. ricoh.dapi.net -> upload function, url parameter specifies the file path or directory path on the server. And it can also specify the URL encoded url if necessary.
So we connected a USB and tried to set the url to "/storage/udisk" or "/storage/extsd", but it didn't work.
Here are the logs we showed in real device.

Scan to URI
Incident Properties
Question
Hi, We are using the scan to URI functionality when trying to upload the scanned document. We are currently using an AWS S3 signed URL to upload the scanned file from the printer. The current upload request is using a POST request but is there anyway to configure the method to use a PUT request instead?
API Error from Web Browser NX

Question
Hi We are using the Web Browser NX with the JavaScript SDK. We are getting a CORS issue from the SDK when calling the printer capabilities. What should be used for the browser endpoint when making the API requests.

Question
Hi,
I had two questions regarding the setup for the Web BrowserNX. We have a printer that is connected to the network, that has access to the internet. We have also configured the Web BrowserNX index.html location. Is there additional configuration that needs to be set?
Also are there any limitations for the IM C400SR model when using the API or BrowserNX?
Thank you,
Jordan
Copy Jobs
Incident Properties
Question
Hi,
When we are calling the API for the job copy, we are calling the status and the job appears to be stuck with the status "processing_stopped". The job has printed out already and the copy appears to be complete, but the status does not reflect that. Is there any other request that needs to happen for this?
Thank you,
Jordan

Query on USB Support in SDK Web APIs
Incident Properties
Question
Hi Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I have a question regarding the SDK Web APIs: do they support interactions with USB drives?
Requirement:
We’re developing a web application where users can scan files and save them directly to a USB drive. If multiple USB drives are connected, we need to be able to list the available drives and access their file structures, allowing users to select a destination for their scanned files.
For context, our web application currently supports print, scan, and copy functions using the Web API.
Thank you for your assistance!
Best regards,
Chimi(Todays Business Solution)

Question
Hi, We are looking to make test the Web API's remotly and on a device. We need an access token to make the requests remotely. There is also some documentation about generating the AccessToken, but the product ID is required. Is there a way that we can get a temporary access token or how can we find out what our Product ID is?
