We are looking to have user's pay for pages that they are copying before printing. We would like to have the user make a payment before the copy job prints out fully. This way we can ensure the payment is fully processed before the document is printed. The response from the API indicates that the following:

When setting up and the application for the Web Browser NX. The URL is put in the setting and the Web Browser NX icon is moved to the home screen. When launching the application, there are sometimes a pop-up on the screen showing that there is a validity check error.

This error usually goes away after launching the Web Browser NX a few times. There does not appear to be any settings that can disable this screen from appearing. Do you know why this screen is appearing on the printer and what can be done to disable this.

Hi, I had a question regarding the evaluation sheet for the Web BrowserNX. 

In 2.1-2 (Common/1-2), it is referencing the Power Mode lock and lock release being handled correctly. And it was mentioned to see the Category No. 1-6 in the SmartSDK Application Evaluation Criteria Specifications. But the category No. 1-6 is about “Shut down to reboot, and confirm that the application runs correctly.”. 

Where can I find the procedure for verifying the Power Mode lock and lock release? Would this be required for our application?

Hi have decided that in order to use all the functionality of the Ricoh printer, we can create an Android Application that will invoke the WebBrowserNX to open our application. This will allow for control of the USB functionality that we need but we would like to know how the testing would be required for this. Can we submit the WebBrowser NX application for the token and would this allow us to install the wrapper application at a later date or would we need to get approve for the Android application as well? Would there be any differences in the approval process for an application like this?

For the application on the printer there were some questions that I had related to setting up the WebBrowser NX for customers and potentially using an installer:

- Is there a way to automatically add the Web BrowserNX to the home screen?

- Is there a way to change the icon of the Web BrowserNX Launch icon?

- Is there a kiosk mode on the device that can open the Web BrowserNX when the printer starts up?

- Is there a way to prevent the Web BrowserNX from being existed by the user?

- Is there anyway to remotely configure the Web BrowserNX with the web page?

For the stapling during printing. There is the following error: 

Is there a way to determine which paper sizes support the stapling. Is there a recommended way of handling the stapling options for printing?

We are looking to set default values using the values that get set in the printer. Is there an API response that can be used to get any or all of the default values in order to create the copy, scan, and print requests.

Hi, In our NZ browser application, we are using different authentication methods such as Google Authentication, Microsoft Authentication and other SSO providers. When the page is redirected the user session is retained on the other site through the use of cookies, Is it possible to clear all cookies or prevent these sessions from being saved from user to user.
