Hello,

I was wondering if there is any update on the issue discussed in INCIDENT ID#: 4685  in which a bug was identified regarding how  getSubjectAltNames() results are processed. Is there a fix coming for this and if so is there a date for a fix?

In the Ricoh MFP We are configuring the Auto Logout timer, When the auto logout timer is configured, the device will start to time out and logging out irrespective of the print engine activity. (The print engine is actively printing the documents.)  

For Copy the auto logout is not logging out when the copying is continuing, can print behavior be allowed to work the same way similar to copy functionality. could you let us know of any settings that could be enabled to achieve the similar behavior while printing as well are there any plans to take care of it natively from the Ricoh FW itself?

Note: For copy we are using the native application smart copy (jp.co.ricoh.advop.smartcopy)

If this is not possible from the Ricoh Firmware, could you please let us know of any Ricoh SDK Service events that should be listened to know that the print Job has been completed. So that we can lock the logout at the time of starting the print and release the lock logout after receiving that the Print Job has been completed and print engine is idle.

I did not find it in the latest Smart SDK documentation Common Information > Overview > Model Information > 01. Model Specific Information, but I wanted to double check.

Please help to generate a maintain signature for the attached file.

We have fixed an issue on new device models (G3.0) which is addressed below:

- Task: 30087561 - Connecting to server error timeout on Ricoh 6010 - not on the matrix with 4.3.0.13.0.4233

- Bug 2097903: Ricoh Android Client - After clicking Send and Scan Again, send progress bar not dismissed automatically once Documents Received message appears.

Hi there,

Attached is the ZIP file for the production signature. We have increased the application version from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1. In this update, we have done minor bug fixes. We have shared the unsigned .apk and dalp file and unsigned packages for certification. Please let us know if you need anything else from our side.
