Hi there,
We've had quite a few customer reports lately come in where they are being prompted with SSL certificate errors when loading webpages from the PaperCut MF application server. The SSL certificates haven't changed however they're still being prompted on the device to trust a certificate that they have already trusted in the past.
Are you aware of any changes made within the last few months to firmware that may have affected the behaviour of SSL certificates on Ricoh devices? Just trying to figure out where these SSL errors may be coming from. Thanks for your assistance!

Card reader stops working after restarting the printer

Hello,
We are facing an issue with the IM C4510 printer.
After restarting the printer, the card reader stops working. The printer powers on normally, but the reader does not. It only starts working again after disconnecting and reconnecting it.
We performed the same test on the IM C2000, and the issue does not occur.
After analyzing the logs, we did not identify anything related to our application.
Here are the logs from the IM C4510 (Reader does not work after restarting).

14:32 - We powered off the machine.
14:35 - We powered on the machine, and the reader was not working.
14:36 - We disconnected and reconnected the reader, and it started working again.
And here are the logs from the IM C2000 (Reader works after restarting).
01/27
16:01 - We powered off the machine.
16:03 - We powered on the machine, and the reader was still working.
16:04 - We performed authentication using the card.
The reader is a YarongTech 8H10D-1.
Could you assist us with this issue?

Hello,
I would like to get the maintenance signature of our NDD Print Client application.
The application is compatible with 11x and 12x devices that support the SmartOp panel.
Changes:
- Implementation of a retry mechanism for printer authentication in case of failure.
- Adjustment of interaction messages for network board connection failures.
- Fix for document titles being too close to the dividing line in public documents.
Note: The package is unsigned and its passing all the tests in ssdkpkg_checker tool.

Please find attached version 1.2.0 of our rf IDEAS Reader Plugin (zipped dalp & APK), along with the compatibility test report and release notes for this build.
This plugin previously passed compatibility testing with Ricoh on January 14, 2025, as a part of incident ticket number 5375. The updates in this plugin include support for firmware update functionality for rfIDEAS readers.
The updates have been tested in our lab on C2204ex (G2), IM 550 (G2.5), and IM C2510 (G3) machines to ensure reliable performance across these devices.

Clarification Regarding Different Firmware Versions for IM C3000 and IM C3010

Hi Team,
We would like to seek clarification regarding the two RICOH Firmware Update Tool versions we have seen: IM C3000 (8.01) and IM C3010 (2.02). We found these version details on the Ricoh support portal. Could you please help us understand why these different versions exist, even though they appear to be for the IM series models?

The reason we are looking for clarification is that our customer, who is facing an issue with IM C3010 models, has upgraded the firmware to the latest 2.x version. However, they are encountering an issue where our Pharos Entry application stops working.
We do not have the same model in our lab, so we validated the behavior using the IM C3000, which already has a higher firmware version than the IM C3010. Below are the details shared by the customer regarding the IM C3010 model:
- IM C3010 was upgraded from version 1.10.1 to 2.00 (please find the attachment for IM C3010).
We are in the process of obtaining the WIM logs, but in the meantime, we would like to understand the differences between these versions.
