Thanks for the signed jar but unfortunately, i found that i had sent you the prior production signed jar instead of the new built  OmtoolXlet.jar.  I apologize for that.

I can send the new file but am wondering if i should resolve the issue with the incident # 2111 regarding the hard key event issue too as it causing a ruckus with some of our major customers.  I am hoping we could resolve that issue by today or tomorrow.

Could you please hold on until then?

We did a minor fix (version changed from 3.04 to 3.05) so that the user configures an option to do the PDF Image converison  either on the server or  the device as different device behaves differently with the respect to the image ouput at our customer site.  

Since we needed to deliver this fix to the customer, can you please get the OmtoolXlet.jar production signed? Please let me know the procedure to go about getting it signed.  

I have attached OmtoolXlet.zip file containing all the files.

Hello, we identified an issue with the MPC2004: our solution SafePrint is used to unlock the functions locked in the System Settings. It turns out that it is only working as expected with the Quick scan. With the default Scan and Copy functions and the Quick copy functions it is not working as expected:

• it may unlock the device and remove the popup displaying the need to log in but it does not unlock the screen;
• when logging out the function is locked but in some cases, the popup is not displayed again.
• our current SOP firmware is D2411425 - 1.23

We would to like to submit a new version of Ricoh Embedded (Java) for maintenance signature. This version would have the bug fixes for Print Anywhere and A3 copy functionalities.

I have just noticed that you have not provided a 4-7x of the ROI Login uWVGA file.

ROIPrintManager_ROILogin-production2017-6-15_10X-12X_1.0.4_uWVGA -

there is no production file for 4-7x uWVGA version

Pease advise asap as i have a customer waiting for the install!

I have a couple of small changes in the next release of our SDK/J solution that should only require a maintenance signature.

1. We are still supporting devices with SDK/J versions 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12.

2. SVGA COLOR, WVGA COLOR and HVGA COLOR.

3. 34099971.jar was the only modified jar file.

4. No modifications to the .dalp file other than updating the version.

Changes:

1. Fixed some incorrect language strings.

We are unable to install our application on RICOH Aficio MP C2051 using both our remote installer and manual installation. We are seeing the following error in the logs.

"15:45:22.300: install -- STATE_INSTALL_ERROR ERR_APP_INSTALL_ERROR :: install failed. :: ERR_JAR_HASH :: install failed. :: "

However, we are able to install the same build on the other Ricoh devices successfullly.

Please let us know if something needs to be configured.

I am not sure how to categorize this.  

I need a list of the MIBS the printer uses.  Is there a place this is documented?
