Hi,

I'm trying to create a beta/demo signature to test some changes for Ball State University. I followed the beta signature instructions to sign an app but the MFP rejects the app with a J522 error. The call stack indicates that the signature is rejected. Note that the MFP returns J522 with and without the SignatureDialogLibrary included in the project. 

So three questions:

1. Why the error?
2. Is the SignatureDialogLibrary stuff really needed? 
3. What next? How can I get this to sign properly?

When I go to https://ricoh-ridp.com/forms/signatureservices/sdkj-development-keys I don't see the list of SDK/j apps I often work on.  Specifically:

- 34089987, CAC Authentication

- 34089988, CAC Certificate Management

- 34089989, Scan to Email or Folder for CAC

I'd like to be able to fetch the Xlet-Key values for these and dev-sign locally for two devices. I have a mandate to support these apps for a few more years, so closing the circle on edit-sign-install-test would be very handy.

We need to update our ACL to support the new IM-series devices.

I've added the IM-series devices using the model codes from the email from Joe, but I'm not sure if other devices have been released since the last time we updated our ACL and I can't find a complete list of models codes to check for myself. Could you either check and see if we're missing any or send me an updated list and I'll check if there are any more we need to add?

A couple of months ago I asked about TLS 1.2 support for SDK/J. I had then received a spreadsheet with the minimal version of the Java VM required for each model MFP to support TLS 1.2. 

In that spreadsheet, it is indicated that the MP 6054 series does not support TLS 1.2. Is this info still valid? Is there any way to enable TLS 1.2 for this MFP?

The reason I ask is that we will soon remove support for TLS 1.2 from our cloud service and one of our cloud clients has 6054 MFPs.

We have a customer that has a Ricoh MP 2555 which produces the following error when trying to start a scan job using PaperCut's scanning application.

They have other MP 2555 MFDs and the same scan attributes on those MFDs works fine and a scan successfully starts and completes. Both MFDs are running SDK/J 12.47. I have attached 2 firmware version screenshots (one for the MFD that is not working and one for the MFD that is working). The MFD that is not working has a newer version of GWFCU. The MFD that is not working also has a "Finisher" component installed whereas the MFD that is working does not have this component.

Are there any possible reasons why this error is only occuring on one of their MP 2555 MFDs?

Are machine logs needed before any other troubleshooting can be done? How far does the machine logs go back? They were seeing this issue approximately 3 weeks ago. Since then they have installed our SmartSDK application on the troublesome MFD as scan jobs through that application work. If it is possible to collect machine logs from that long ago then it is something I can request from the customer.

I am requesting a new maintenance signature for our xlet application Nuance Combined Client 7.7.5.55.
We fixed two issues:

1) Pressing the start button multiple times during a scan would cause a scan failure. Now we wait until the job has finished sending to our server before enabling again.

2) Our menus sometime where not loading for the customer so they were unable to do any scanning with our app. There was a null pointer exception due to a threading conflict.  The conflict was between destroying the buttons for the menu and responding a click event handler.  The button was in a bad state and was the reason for the null pointer exception. We know check if null.

Our Kofax Ricoh Client is using a set of dev keys for Ricoh machines in our lab.

Now we would like to add more new Ricoh machines to the key set (34080768.mf, devstore.dat)

Please help to update dev keys for new Ricoh devices.
