GW+ support for RXSP (Function Priority)
Incident Properties
Question
I am following up on incident ID# 1880.
We are looking to remotely set function priority for our SOP application. Last I heard, this feature was not implemented yet for GW+ devices. Has there been any update on this?

RxOP Error with RxOP 3.6.1
Incident Properties
Question
Hi,
I updated our solution to use RxOP 3.6.1 and we are now seeing the installer fail with an HTTP 500 error when the call to GetAppInfo is made to the MFP. I'm still investigating this but figured I'd get it into the queue in case you've heard of similar issues from other devs.
Issue happenson the MP2554 with most recent FW updates that were available 6 weeks ago (we had all our SOP MFPs serviced).
Thanks,
Nick.

How to check installed applications (Smart/SDKJ)?
Incident Properties
Question
Hello,
Besides the RXOP, is there another way of getting the installed applications (Smart or SDKJ)? One of our development teams wants to implement a tool that will check from time to time if a given application is installed or not to install or uninstall according to some criteria. Using RXOP consumes too much of the device processor. If there is another way of achieving the same result without RXOP it would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Fabiano
RXOP error (COMMON_NOT_AUTHENTICATED)
Incident Properties
Question
Hello,
The potential customer, Indiana University Health, is experiencing an issue while trying to deploy our Authentication/Pull Print solution to the MP501 device.
Our deployment uses the RXOP library, so I am going to attach our deployment log showing the RxopException, which is COMMON_NOT_AUTHENTICATED. I believe this is happening when we are calling:
device.getCVMversion();
I know you guys, or the RXOP team, normally would like to have the RXOP debug log, but I was unable to get it. Let me explain why. The customer runs our deployment through a web interface, which calls our service to actually do the deployment. The service is running as a local system account, so the RXOP debugging doesn't work since there is no "logged-in user" folder to save it to.
So, we had the customer attempt to run the deployment through a command prompt so we could get the debug log. This actually worked and deployed our solution. At this point, we are baffled why our solution deploys just fine through a command prompt, but not when initiated by a service running under the local system account.
A couple of questions then. Are you able to determine, just from the error, whey the dployment is failing? If you do need the RXOP debug log, is there a different way we can get it?
Thanks,
Bryan
Functional Problems Detected
Incident Properties
Question
Hello,
We just completed certification and got our signed APK files back for our Android pull print solution. When trying to deploy these to our MP C306Z device, I am getting the error I have attached to the incident.
I am pretty certain this is an issue with our device. I guess I am just wondering if there is any information you guys can give us to help diagnose why this is happening, or do I need to call a Ricoh technician.
Thanks,
Bryan
RXOP install fails with ERR_APP_LOCKED
Incident Properties
Question
RXOP is returning an "ERR_APP_LOCKED :: running install proc." error on all of our devices lately and we are trying to figure out what is causing it. What does "running install proc" mean?
I attached the RXOP output and rsh log.
All of the device firmware is up-to-date as of Feb 15th. We are using RXOP 3.6.1.

Deployment failed with ERR_PAGE_FILE_INIT
Incident Properties
Question
Hello,
We are still in certification with PTEC (Paul) for our Android solution. They are now getting an error during deployment on their PRO C5200S device. I am attaching our deployment log which shows the following error:
-- startApplication ERR_PAGE_FILE_INIT :: start failed.
This is for the rxspServlet by the way.
What can we do to help diagnose this issue?
Thanks,
Bryan
