Hi Ricoh Support,

We are using RXOP 3.8.6 for deployment of our Ricoh SOP client to ricoh device.

In our WhiteSource scan system, the lib is reported as a High vulnerability.

Below is detail for the report. Please help to let us know when RXOP can include the fix for this issue?

We have a customer running into an issue trying to deploy our authentication and pull print solution to an IM C3000 device. They get an "SDK/J not found on device" error.

I have attached the deployment log, the rxinst debug logs and the device tracelog.

We have an IM C2000 in our lab here and the deployment works just fine to our device. I don't really see any differences between the devices that would be causing this issue.

Similar to incident #4370, I am attempting to upgrade RXOP from 3.7.3 to 3.8.6 for the deployment utility for our authentication/pull print solution. We have an IM C2000 here that we can deploy to without issue with RXOP 3.7.3. But, if I upgrade the RXOP library we use from 3.7.3 to 3.8.6, the deployment fails.

I am attaching the deployment log that contains the error, the rxinst debug log and the device tracelog.

Let me know if you need anything else to help figure out why the deployment is failing.

Hi,

Does application install support upgrading?

First we install application has <application-ver>1.30.241</application-ver> in .dalp file

Then we install application has <application-ver>1.40.46</application-ver> in .dalp file

(Two zip file has the same name, product id is the same  <product-id>1711276041</product-id>)

But version info of this application still is 1.30.241.

Please advise.

We would like understand about these ServiceProgram settings:

• ACCESS_CONTROL__SDK_CERTIFICATION_DEVICE
• MF_KEYCARD_JOB_PERMIT_SETTING

Please tell all values of them, meaning of each value of them (that we can set and get).

We would like to use RXOP to enable 'Screen device always connection' on the Ricoh device.

Manually set this setting by Go to Service > Screen Features > Screen Device Settings > Screen device always connection

In order to wake up the MFP from sleep mode via a card swipe

If this is not enabled, mfp will not wake from sleep via card swipe.

Please tell how to use RXOP to do this.

It has HDD but got this error:

-- init -- ERR_OTHER can not access Hdd
