RXOP

Hi RiDP support,

When use RXOP lib version 3.8.7 to get/set service program OPTIONAL_COUNTER_TYPE__DEFAULT_OPTIONAL_COUNTER_TYPE on device Ricoh SFP C842DN we get this error:

java.io.IOException: Exception:  Error:-2 RequestID:127 SPcode:5113-1 data:null

with service program OPTIONAL_COUNTER_TYPE__EXTERNAL_OPTIONAL_COUNTER_TYPE we get this error:

java.io.IOException: Exception:  Error:-2 RequestID:127 SPcode:5113-2 data:null

Please advise.

There is one more device has this issue:

Exception occurred during execution: -- startApplication ERR_PAGE_FILE_INIT :: start failed. when trying start rxspservlet 3.8.7 (it is not automatic start).

We attach machine log and rxop debug log.

I use RXOP library to start rxspservlet 3.8.7 on Ricoh IM 600 SR device. I get this error:

I use RXOP lib to install application on MP C306 device. Installation is successful, no error. But when reboot device. I use getappinfo to see whether application exist but It did not found.

We get error when get, set ServiceProgram.PRINTER_JOB_AUTHENTICATION_LEVEL as mentioned in https://ricoh-ridp.com/ridp/support-system/incident/ricoh-sdc-canada/1647620711/431163289/4507.

We tried with ROC tool 1.6.3 it also show error as attachment. Device IM 600SR.

We attached debug logs.

When using RXOP to set Service Program:PRINTER_JOB_AUTHENTICATION_LEVEL on the IM C300 we get this error:

java.io.IOException: Exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException

installed rxspservlet on the device has version 1.2.

I attach rxsp debug (rxoplog.zip), machine log.

About ERROR CODE J501 WHEN START RXSP SERVLET 3.8.7 we mentioned in this incident.

Now, it occurs in the other devices such as IM 600 SR, C3004.

Our question is:

What is the version of firmware can resolve this issue?

Is there any component (and version) help to resolve this issue we have to check whether it exists on the device?

We are using RXOP to only set USER_AUTHENTICATION_MANAGEMENT = 4

But we get the error from RXOP: java.io.IOException: Exception: java.io.FileNotFoundException

(We use RXOP to check rxspservlet on the device if it is not active then we use RXOP to install rxspServletPackage.zip)

If we install rxspservlet manually:

1. Uninstall rxspservlet on the device error: J500 (attached uninstall_rxspservlet_error.png)

2. Install rxspservlet on the device error: J199 (attached install_rxspservlet_error.png)

we attached machine log, rxop log. (rxoplog.zip)
