Device - MFP or LP

Hello,

Is there a list of all of the uWVGA devices?  Is there a way to tell from the model number of the device if it has a uWVGA screen?

I ask this because our Java solution doesn't support the uWVGA (or the 4 Line) displays.  I haven't found a way to tell for the devices listed in the ESA Supported Device Matrix which ones are uWVGA or 4 Line.

A customer is asking about a specific device (MP 401SPF), which I believe is a uWVGA device, but I am not sure and can't find confirmation anywhere.

I have setup my printer with a wireless device that plugs into the USB.  When the machine goes into deep sleep the power to the USB is turned off.  Is there a way to make it so this does not happen?  Basically so the USB is always powered.

Do you send "Job Start" and "Job End" information from a Ricoh device or just each page that is printed?

We want to get job information as well as page information for printed pages for each user that uses our embedded software application but it looks like we only get page information and I would like to confirm if that is the case.

E.g. A user has a 4 page document and a 10 page document that they print within the same login session in our application. Will the device report back 14 pages only or will it report back 2 jobs with the page details for each job?

The device we are using for our testing is a Ricoh MP C306z.
