One of my colleagues (Shalini Sharma) has filled in the online form to create an account on November 9th and has not yet received a reply. She has checked her junk folder as well and nothing in there. Could I please query the status of this request?

For some reason, I do not have access to critical tools on this website. For example:
- can create an incident but cannot respond
- can create an incident but cannot view incident through https://ricoh-ridp.com/member-center
- the links for "All open incidents" and "Archived incidents" is disabled
- cannot access "dev key request"
Please assist me with this as it is critical to being able to develop for the Ricoh platform. Please email me directly at ecitulsky@printeron.com because I will not be able to respond to your response (unless the problem is fixed).

Text changes to a signed application

I wanted to know once our applciation has passed Ricoh Compatibility Testing and has been signed. What is the procedure for updating text values in the applciation? Eg. if we find a string is incorrect or has a spelling error and we need to fix it will our applicaiton need to go through the whole testing process again?
Please note this is for both SmartSDK and SDK/J applications.
