Account access assistance requested
Incident Properties
Question
Frank Caico at Pharos is having trouble accessing the RiDP portal using his account at fcaico@pharos.com. When he tries to log in it tells him he needs to register for an account. When he tries to register for an account it tells him that his account already exists.
Can you reset his account access for fcaico@pharos.com so that he can access the RiDP portal again?
Thanks
John Stewart

Ricoh SP Codes For Engineer
Incident Properties
Question
Hello,
This question doesn't really have anything to do with our applications directly. We have a customer that has an Android device (MPC307) that allows Scan all of the time regardless if a user is authenticated or not. We know based on our development here that this can be controlled by an SP mode setting to always allow access to certain native apps or not.
We have been telling the customer they need a Ricoh engineer to set the correct SP mode setting so the authentication can control access to the Scan application. Their Ricoh engineer claims they don't have any idea which SP mode setting to change on the device.
I know we can't disclose anything related to SP mode settings to partners or customers, but are we allowed to send the SP mode code directly to this Ricoh engineer's email address?

Bryan
Android Dev Key Request
Incident Properties
Question
Hello,
In the last month or so we have received two new Ricoh Android devices. An MPC4504 and the new G2.5 IMC2000. I added the new serial numbers into the Android Dev Key Request form online and downloaded the new zip files. I can see in the manifest file (1711276132.mf for App Manager) that the SerialCodes have changed, but I am unable to deploy to any of our Android devices now, including our older MPC306Z which always worked before. Here is the error I am getting:
ricoh.rxop.rxcommon.RxopException: -- install -- ERR_SOP_APK_COMPONENT_ERROR :: Apk component error. :: :: :
What could I be doing wrong that isn't allowing the APKs to deploy to these devices after getting a new manifest to use to sign them?

Bryan

Signature Services access for “Ricoh ESA Unified Client”, product ID “33956099” (previously NSI product)
Incident Properties
Question
Could you please assist with adding development signature permissions to me and other Nuance developers for the product “Ricoh ESA Unified Client”, product ID “33956099”. This was previously an NSI product. At this point, my account does not have access to create development keys for this product ID.
Activate accounts for two developers
Incident Properties
Question
Could you please assist with activating the accounts for two developers on my team:
Chabot, Terry Terry.Chabot@nuance.com and Montes, Mario Mario.Montes@nuance.com
They’ve made requests to create accounts, but may have mistakenly selected a Basic account during registration instead of indicating that the option “Premier Plus Membership – My company is already registered”. Their accounts appear to be in limbo at this point.
Thank you.
Regards,
Cristian
