Question about how to get CAC testing set up for RightFax 16.6
Incident Properties
Question
Hi,
I'm starting the process for filling out the PTEC test and noticed that in order for certification testing to allow for CAC software testing, we must first have tested in your lab with it.
How do I go about getting the CAC testing set up for our WebBrowserNX version?
Thank you!

Question
Was looking to test the DeviceBrowser with older models - an inhouse MP C3003. Is it possible to install it ourselves on the device or do we need to arrange it through our supplier?
Thanks.

Open device softkeyboard in WebBrowserNX via javascript
Incident Properties
Question
Hello,
is it possible to open the device softkeyboard from within javascript in a web application that runs in WebBrowserNX?
Usually the keyboard opens when an input field gets the focus calling element.focus() or .click().
On Ricoh devices this seems not to work.
Is there a way to open the keyboard programatically?
Thanks in advance

Drivve | Image scan fails when user management is enabled
Incident Properties
Question
We have an issue with our Scan application on the Ricoh device using Web BrowserNX. Whenever user authentication management is enabled, whether it is the the device's built-in, local user management on the decvice or through a third part like PaperCut or MFPSecure, we are unable to initiate a scan. We get a 503 Forbidden error back from the device.

Is there a setting on the device that causes this?

Question
When testing relatively long scan jobs with 20+ pages, we find that the browser application screen dims, and then returns to the device home screen. This is after our application has set ricoh.dapi.lockPowerMode() and ricoh.dapi.auth.lockLogout();
The scan continues normally, and if the user touches the shortcut icon, our browser app is displayed and is still running correctly displaying the number of pages that have been scanned. For that reason, I think our attempts to lockPowerMode and lockLogout are working correctly, it just seems like there is some other timer at play that causes the web browsernx application screen to revert the the device main panel after about a minute of inactivity.
How can we change this behavior so the web browser nx app is displayed for the length of the entire scan job, no matter how long it takes.
Thanks in advance,
