Tungsten Printix Go 2025.3.0.18 and Capture 2025.3.0.30. Versions are updated to align with the current Printix release. A couple of minor bugfixes are included.
The application was previously certified by RIDP and release notes of the changes since last certification are attached. The last available certification report is also attached.

The application supports G2, G2.5 and G3 devices.

I would like to get the maintenance signature of our NDD Print Client application.
The application is compatible with 11x and 12x devices that support the SmartOp panel.
Changes:
- Enhanced the scan-to-folder process to improve user experience by introducing support for default user for scan to folder.
Note: The package is unsigned and its passing all the tests in ssdkpkg_checker tool.

ScanEx settings screen not opened

- Issue:
ScanEx settings screen was canceled during auto logout. However, if the user logged in again, the ScanEx settings screen did not appear when the intent was sent to ScanEx to open the settings screen.
- Device model:
Ricoh MP C407
- Test Steps:
Refer to the attached device log MachineInfo_C497P100609_20250625_210252.tar.
Test start time: at around 20:42, Jun 25.
See the attached "Device timer settings.jpg" for timer settings.
- Log into the Printix Ricoh Go app and open a ScanEx settings screen.
- Do not take any action, wait until auto logout timer expired. During the auto logout, the Printix Ricoh Go app sends intent to cancel the ScanEx settings screen.
- Logs into device again, try to open ScanEx settings screen.
- The ScanEx settings screen does not show up
- Collect the device logs.

- Why did the ScanEx app return state_mismatch when attempting to reopen the ScanEx settings by following the test steps?
- Is there anything that can be done on the Printix Ricoh Go app side to prevent this issue?

Autostore workflow not showing after login

Problem Statement
Some PCC5 clients (out of about 400) intermittently do not show Autostore workflows at logon. Logoff, then Logon and they show up.
Problem Summary
Some devices (2 out of 400) are sometimes not displaying the AutoStore workflow buttons upon login. Once the user logs out, then back in, they are there. This issue is hard to reproduce on the spot, so we have not done much to troubleshoot while the issue is happening. Ricoh is going to let us know if they do have reports of this happening again. My understanding is this is happening for any users on these devices, but intermittently but only for 2 devices.
Partner has upgraded to PCC 1.3.0.2.628 but the same issue persists.

Application / Service start up questions

I wanted to confirm a notion about state and how it relates to Applications and Services. I modified our android.app.Application to store some state in-memory, and then that state is visible to its android.app.Service components in their own initialization routines. So far it is working the way I want it to.
My first assumption is that the android.app.Application (as declared in the manifest) will always run its onCreate before any of its declared android.app.Services in the manifest run their initialization routines, correct?
- This application does happen to be the login/authentication application, so there should always be an active reference to it, so I don't think the system would target it for memory.
- The particular state I am talking about is essentially an in-memory map that doesn't rely on any previous state (like SharedPreferences).
Even though it would be unlikely, it the application were to be targeted for memory, I believe I could rely on that same state initializing the same way again the next time the Application is invoked)?

Customer complaint "Ricoh Printix Go, unable to connect to service".
In device log, we found following error msg repeatedly:
error loading auth url: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found.
Our tech support verified that the device's firmware version.is the latest (1.07) with updater tool 1.11.0.0.
Please provide us what FW version is required for RICOH MP C501 to support our CA "DigiCert Global Root G2".
