User set our app as startup app which is available is function priority. 

Some times it is working fine, on some times app not starting after sleep. 

How the life cycle works while sleep and wakeup? 

Also what will happen normally when app is kept as sleep? Is app in live or it will close/ minimize?

Also when the app wakeups, is it try to open the app again?

I would like to get the maintenance signature of our NDD Print Client Collector application.
The application is compatible with 11x and 12x devices that support the SmartOp panel.

1- Adjustment for application to support German language.

Hello!  I am trying to use the Emulator to test our application as an authenticated application, and I am unable to figure out how to set up the SP modes so I can enable custom authentication.  The instructions are not very clear.  Could you provide any information?  Thanks!

I had a couple of questions about the network controller on the printer.  We have a customer that has our application installed.  Every so often it runs a connection test to validate connection to the network before displaying our login page. When the customer first installs the app it will work for several hours, but then after awhile the connection tests will start failing and we start getting an error: getaddressinfo (No address associated with hostname).  They are currently having their network team check the network, but I'm also wondering if the network controller itself on the printer is going to sleep.  They have the problem on several printers they've tested so far, several MP 5055s and an IM 430.  We've verified that screen device always-connection is enabled on the printers and Screen Startup mode is set to Normal.  Is there any other setting on the printer that would cause the network controller to go to sleep/shut down?  I've attached the logs from one of the printers.

I'm reaching out regarding INCIDENT ID#: 5169. We recently updated the RXOP v3.8.9 version with our sentry print application. However, during testing on the MP307 model of Ricoh printer, we encountered a failure with an installation error (Logs Attached). Interestingly, the same update works flawlessly on IMC2000/IMC3000 models of printers.

The issue persists even in the end customer environment when we provided the test build for testing purposes. This is particularly concerning as the previous version, RXOP v3.8.8, had no such issues.

We urgently need your support on this matter. Could you please provide any updates or guidance on resolving this issue with RXOP v3.8.9?

We are requesting a maintenance signing request.

This request includes a bug fix for a scanning issue where a dialog box would be displayed if a user used the native scanning app to scan a file and then opened our application afterwards during the scan.  Our app would display a dialog box and attempt to process the scan as well.  We modified this so our app ignores scan jobs initiated from the native scan app.

We have some global variables we use in our SOP application.  When the machine goes through a power cycle, those global variables are deleted.  When the machine is "reset" (from the WIM menu Device Management > Reset the Machine) the global variables retain their values.

Are there any timer settings that would clear/delete those global variables, such as if the machine goes into low power mode after going to sleep?
