PaperCut Scanning paper jam/J239 error

Hi team,
Our PaperCut support team are getting numerous reports of an issue with scanning from many customers on IM CXX10 series (SOP G3) MFDs including IM C4510, IM C6010, and IM C3010 models, where a scan job performed via PaperCut displays an error on the device panel indicating a paper jam, as you can see in the image below:
How this manifests is that a user will log in to the MFD (via PaperCut), and do an integrated scan job. The job will scan media from the ADF and at the conclusion of the scan job, it will display the error on screen indicating a paper jam in the ADF - reporting J239 errors - when there is no paper jam present. In some cases, the message will stay on screen, in other cases it will report success, but the device will have an error. I've also attached a couple of videos form customers so you can see (zip files).
I've also attached a device SMC report - which should highlights some relevant events.
We are able to work around the issue, but the workaround is not ideal, and requires administrators to make changes (device by device), or have users manually modify the job before starting. The workaround essentially requires the device to prompt for more pages, which pauses the job before completion - then the error doesn't show on screen.
We are hearing from one of our PaperCut partners that the issue has only started appearing after a recent firmware upgrade, and they have also confirmed that doing a downgrade of firmware on impacted devices resolves this issue.

This issue does not impact SOP G2.5 devices as far as we are aware.
This issue manifests on multiple versions of PaperCut MF (including PaperCut MF 23.0.9 which is 2 months old, and PaperCut MF 22.0.10 which is 16 months old), and multiple versions of the embedded application of various ages - i.e. we have made no changes to any products PaperCut side, that should impact this recent change in behaviour. Customers are also reporting that they have not performed an upgrade of the PaperCut MF application server, nor the embedded application.
The results of downgrading firmware indicates that this is most likely be an issue with firmware, and is supported by the reports we are getting from customers that no PaperCut product updates have been recently installed.
Given this is impacting multiple customers across multiple regions, I would ask for this to be treated with some urgency, please. As such, please let us know if you need any additional information to assist in resolving this issue.

Slow screen in Ricoh IM C3010 devices

Hi,
One of our customers is experiencing slow screen when logging in and out. The issue occurs only with the new Ricoh IM C3010 devices(in total, 94 devices present the issue), while older models work fine.
Inside our application menu, everything works normally, but if I exit to any native function and then return to our application without ending the session, the same slowness occurs.
I am attaching in files.zip a screenshot with firmware versions, teraterm logs, printer logs, and a video demonstrating the situation.
Could you please assist us with this?
