Fixed an issue in order to accept RFID card with just two digits;

Scan title was been captured with title in blank, it is now been captured with title "scan";

Can someone please provide us information about creating an xlet  that works with an NX browser please?

Nick has asked the question a week ago and we are still waiting for the information!

This should be the last piece of information we need to submit to Ricoh for testing. Nick has looked at the documentation and there's not much in there about xlets and NX browser.

I have a application that contain a extensive project and when I execute 3 times the machine show me a error of heap memory. I was thinking, if exists the possibility of clean the memory in the final each process, this is possible?

If yes, have you idea of how to make this? something like StartXlet -> Execute the process -> DestroyXlet -> StartXlet(again). All this by java code.

Or, make a function java to clean the memory of each 5 minutes, you understand me?

I have got print events firing now but weirdly each page fires the event twice.

I have created the custom icons as per the icon design guide but I am a little unsure how these need defining in the dalp file.

I have looked at the dalp spec in the develop_xlet guide but it isn't overly helpful.

I have created 4 icons for uWVGA and4 icons for WVGA as stated in the guide and the dalp will need to be created based on the screen type of the target device, but how should these be referenced in the dalp as there are four files.

Is there a specific naming convention?  I have the following icons for each screen size:

wvga_select_small.bmp

wvga_normal_small.bmp

wvga_select_large.bmp

wvga_normal_large.bmp

Please could you send me an example snippet of custom icon declaration from a dalp file, so I can see how these are deployed and referenced.

Could you please create new development signatures for our login application and one for our print application.

Rocky is testing our solution next week on a couple of different devices so I need their serial numbers also included.  Sorry to ask but  the portal isn't creating them correctly.

Device Serial Numbers:

G445PB00725

T595H200490

New devices that need adding:

Model MP3554:          C86079907

Model MP C4504:      C86152027

The new device serial numbers don't look correct based on the ones we already have but they are what we have been given.  I haven't seen the devices but if they are incorrect can you let me know and I will ask Rocky check again.

Application IDs:

ROILogin / 369098770

ROIPrint /  369098768

I will need all 4 above devices adding to each product signature.

We have developed an xlet purely for the purpose of launching our pullprint browser application.

It works perfectly on the device I am using where I defined a Common bookmark on the device.

My colleague Rocky has attempted to create a bookmark in the same way but was unable to on the 12X device he is testing on.  He did however create a bookmark and place it on the screen which works perfectly just being launched from its icon, but when our xlet tries to launch it it fails and when debugged it appears the device returns zero bookmarks defined.

I am unsure what the problem could be as I see a completely different UI on the mfp I am using.  I have both Common and User favorites and wondered if this could be the problem if his created bookmark is a user bookmark and it needs to be a common bookmark.

If this is the case, how do we create a common bookmark/favorite on the 12X devices?

Just a follow on from the last incident:

How do I wake up a device from within the xlet once the energy save mode interface is implemented?  I have been testing this on a timer thread once the xlet enters sleep mode, and whilst the xlet is comes alive on the thread, the mfp display stays asleep.

I assume there must be a way of achieving this.

I opened this new thread as I couldn't see one that you had opened.
