I would need to get a Maintenance Signature for two of our apps (Pcounter Authentication and Client Code).

We made a very small change concerning how we store and use a user's Client Code entered at Login. We did that change to solve a possible memory/resource leak, it doesn't change anything in the functionality of the app.

I included the two .zip files.

Issue with regards to PDF creatation support on the device.

We have a customer that is having a problem with our Connect to Ricoh xlet on a few scanners (MP5054, MP2554 and MP305 +).  When they scan a document in, it should upload it to the DocuWare server and then display a message saying it was successful.  It seems to be hanging on the uploading, and after a few minutes switches to the device Home screen.  I am not sure what is causing it to hang or switch to the Home screen.  Here is the portion of the log where it happens:

I am not sure why it is doing anything after the "[stdout] Mem 32454: 9030024" line.  Do you have any idea why an xlet application would suddenly close without any user input?

Is there a way for an xlet application to suppress the number pad on the right side of the screen as well as the footer to have our application take up the entire screen?  Similar to Streemline NX.

Hi,

I was looking into generating a new development signature for our current SDK/J products. I went to the signature page on the new RIPD web site (https://ricoh-ridp.com/forms/signatureservices/sdkj-development-keys) but I realized that ouir products are not there. So I started registering them again but I realized that this generated a new ProductID for our old apps. This is inconvenient because our old ProductID is referenced in several places in our development environment (dalp file, signature folders, documentation, etc).

Is there a way to register our products on the new RIDP web sites with the old ProductID if I give them to you? 

Or maybe can you just recover our product inormation from the old RIDP support web site?

Hello, one of our teams is developing a solution that is cloud-based. Do we still need to provide a VMware image for compatibility testing in this case?

Is the compatibility form today filled and sent entirely online? Do we still need to send it to Joe by email?
