Hello,

We are looking at getting into compatibility testing sometime in the next couple of months.  Here are the applications we would need tested:

Ricoh Java (Authentication and Secure Print)

Ricoh Android (Authentication and Secure Print)

Also, we have integrated the Drivve | Image software into our MFPsecure solution and renamed it Secure Scan.  So, we will also need tested:

WebBrowser NX (Secure Scan)

What dates are available coming up in February or March to get all of these applications tested?

By the way, I tried sending Joe Gormley an email asking these questions and I received an undeliverable response.  I have attached a screenshot of the error to the incident.  Maybe someone there can enlighten me on why I couldn't get an email through to Joe.

On the latest ESA supported brand matrix the MP C5504 is not listed as supported.  But the MP C4504 is listed.  And I believe these devices are in the same family.  Can you confirm if the MP C5504 has ESA support?
