Can't access My Console

I can't access the "My Console" area of the website. I can create new incidents but I can't reply to existing incidents or view any history. When I go to "Support Center" there's a header that says "My Console" but it's not a clickable link

I looked for a while but couldn't find how to create a new account. I don't recall if I had to submit an incident or if we just walk the user through https://ricoh-ridp.com/ridp/forms/ridp-registration. ridp-registration seemed like it was for a company, not a user.
