SmartDocScan - want to show a menu on the main device menu

Currently, when opening a SmartDocScan application (scanning application), typically there are a few buttons presented, each of them represents a business process (e.g. in case of bank, bank account opening request, credit card application, auto loan application, etc.). Customer wants to see the process icons on the main screen side by side with other device applications such as Copy, Document Server, etc. without clicking SmartDocScan applicaiton icon. The goal is for end user to reduce the cliking at the device. Lexmark device which they currently use can do that. Is this possible?
