issue with Job Information calls

Hi,

 

Where are trying to collect the jobs performed by the device by following the documentation, but without success.

 

With the first call all the jobs are listed, including the print jobs, however it doesn't happen when using the second one.

 

Which one we must use? If it's the second, what should we do to be able to get the jobs information?

Is this an issue that might be fixed in a later release ou its the proper operation and whe must use without the .json?
