Can't gather print jobs

Hi

 

We are trying to get print jobs when using Custom Authentication but in the web api calls it's returning an empty query when using "/rws/service/printer/jobs" and we can get jobs when using "/rws/log/printerlog/devicelog/joblog.json", except the print ones.

 

Is there something wrong with these calls? Is this a firmware or our application issue? It's a MP 306z.

 

We can't authenticate via web api, only via our own authentication. Do you have any example of web api authentication?
