How to peform log out by clicking on a physical button

Hi,

 

We implemented a KeyListener to capture the events of buttons clicked to perform log out by clicking on the physical button. However, when leaving our application and acessing any function from the device (copy, fax, scan, etc) we stop receiving these events and can no longer perform the log out by clicking in the physical button, being that we have to return to our application to log out.

 

Is there any limitation on this? Or workaround to solve this issue?

 

To authenticate, we are using Authentication Feature Using Usage Control Service [SDK/J version 4 or later].
