SmartSDK Signature Self Service
How to use this service
- Package your APK and application DALP file into a zip file as described in the SmartSDK documentation. The application package should be completely unsigned and not contain any development manifest artifacts.
- Select the application zip file by clicking the Choose File or Browse button.
- Select 60-Day Beta or 10-Day Demo Signature. The default is a 60-Day Beta Signature.
- Upload the zip file by clicking the Upload & Sign File button.
- Please Wait for a few seconds for the signed app to be automatically downloaded by the browser.
Please note
There are limits on how often an application can be Beta signed. Currently the limit is a maximum of 10 Beta signing operations within a 7-day period. After this limit is reached signing will be limited to Demo signing only.
The resulting zip file will have the format XXX_YYYYmmDD.zip, where XXX is the application name and everything after the underscore is the simplified expiry date. This signature will expire 10 or 60 days after signing, depending on whether the package was Beta or Demo signed. This zip package can be installed to SmartSDK devices as described in the SmartSDK Development Kit documentation.
Beta and Demo signed applications should only be used for testing purposes. This service is not for production use.
